At Jessica Nail & Beauty Supply, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, items in original, unopened condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring that all seals are intact to meet health and safety compliance standards.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked carrier of your choice to send the package back to our main distribution center in California.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned beauty supplies, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
