RefectoCil Tint Remover is a stain remover and was developed to quickly and gently remove excess tint spots from the skin, produced when tinting eyelashes and eyebrows.
Application: Immediately after tinting, dampen a cotton ball with RefectoCil Tint Remover and gently wipe away the tint. CAUTION: Do not apply directly to the eyelashes or to the skin close to the eyes!
